These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of klfamily.org.zw and any related Kingdom Leaders Family application, including our Business Network platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using klfamily.org.zw, its associated applications (including the Business Network platform), or any Kingdom Leaders Family ("KLF", "we", "us", "our") service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2 About Kingdom Leaders Family
Kingdom Leaders Family is a faith-based leadership development organisation operating across Zimbabwe, South Africa and Zambia. Our mission is to raise spiritually and financially sound leaders across government, education, business, sports and politics. These Terms govern your use of our digital platforms in support of that mission.
3 Use of the Website & Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the values and mission of Kingdom Leaders Family. You must not use our platforms to transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others, and you must not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
4 Membership & Business Network Registration
Where you apply to become a member, register a business through the KLF Business Network, or otherwise submit an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership, approval, or acceptance into any programme; all applications are subject to review by the relevant leadership or committee. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or remove membership or business registration where our guidelines are not met.
5 User Accounts & Responsibilities
Where an account is created on our platforms, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
6 Intellectual Property
All content on our platforms — including text, teachings, graphics, logos, and the Kingdom Leaders Family name and branding — is the property of Kingdom Leaders Family or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
7 User-Submitted Content
Where you submit content to us — such as testimonials, enquiry messages, business registration details, or partnership information — you grant Kingdom Leaders Family a non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose it was submitted, including internal review, communication, and, where relevant and with appropriate consent, showcasing member businesses at KLF events such as our annual retreat.
8 Third-Party Links & Services
Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites or make use of third-party services for functions such as payments, communication, or verification. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles, save that members and users in South Africa and Zambia remain entitled to any protections afforded to them under their local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Where we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date below. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
